Allie began Kindergarten today! She's been looking forward to it all month. She got to take a bus for the first time, too. She loves school and is great on the bus!

Allie turned 5 today! Yesterday we had family over and today Allie had friends over for a dress-up party!

Allie had her dance recital today and did a fantastic job! We're very proud of our Broadway Baby!

Allie has begun actual reading! She started to look at words and sound them out, letter by letter. She goes around, looking at signs and inferring their meanings, then telling us she knows how to spell "OPEN" or "PARTY" or whatever she saw. Also, she has been buggin us to cut her hair really short and today she got her wish. Well, it's not REALLY short, but she lost six inches and everybody loves it, including her!
